The services provided by Earla Tiffany Beam, including but not limited to Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Timeline Therapy®, are educational and self-improvement services designed to support personal development and wellness. These services are:
- Complementary to, not replacements for, traditional medical or psychological treatment
- Intended for personal growth, stress management, and behavioral modification
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Not regulated by medical licensing boards in most jurisdictions
2. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer
Earla Tiffany Beam is NOT a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional. The services provided are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric services and do not constitute the practice of medicine, psychology, or psychiatry.

- Have uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorders

Earla Tiffany Beam is certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP Master Practitioner techniques, and Timeline Therapy®. These certifications are professional credentials, not medical licenses. The services provided are:

- Subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which services are provided

9. Client Responsibility
As a client, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily participating in hypnotherapy services
- You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions
- You will provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and mental health status
- You will not operate vehicles or machinery immediately after sessions if you feel impaired
- You will seek appropriate medical or psychological care when needed
- You understand that hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment
10. Emergency Situations
If you experience a medical or psychological emergency:
- Call 911 immediately for medical emergencies
- Contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 (or 1-800-273-8255) for mental health crises
- Go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care facility
- Contact your primary healthcare provider or mental health professional
Hypnotherapy services are not equipped to handle medical or psychological emergencies.
11. Age Requirements and Children's Services
Services are available to individuals who are:
- 18 years of age or older, OR
- Minors (children and adolescents) with written consent and signature from a parent or legal guardian
Children's Services: We provide coaching and therapy services for children and adolescents. For all minor clients:
- A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and signature before services begin
- A parent or legal guardian must be present during the initial consultation
- Parental involvement may be required throughout the therapeutic process, as appropriate for the child's age and circumstances
- All consent forms and service agreements must be signed by the parent or legal guardian
We reserve the right to require additional parental involvement or to decline services if we determine that a child's needs are better served by other professionals or if appropriate parental consent cannot be obtained.
12. Required Client Agreements
All clients, regardless of age, must sign a client agreement before receiving services. This includes:
- Adults (18+): Must sign a client agreement and informed consent form before the first session
- Minors: Must have a parent or legal guardian sign a client agreement and informed consent form on their behalf before the first session
- Service Agreement: Includes acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy
- Informed Consent: Includes information about the nature of services, potential benefits and limitations, confidentiality, and client rights
Services will not commence until all required agreements have been signed and returned. The signed agreement serves as:
- Confirmation that you have read and understood these Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy
- Your consent to receive hypnotherapy, NLP, and Timeline Therapy® services
- Your acknowledgment of the nature, benefits, and limitations of the services
- Your agreement to the policies and procedures outlined in these documents
